The festival will include tasting tents with food vendors and restaurants serving up delicious bites and libations from all across North Florida. For cooking and culinary education lovers, cooking demonstrations will help you learn from local chefs recognized on the regional, statewide, and national levels. The festival will also feature master classes (both in-person and virtual) from food and spirit experts from across the world. Classes will range from Mastering Bourbon to Mastering Bubbly, to Crafting the Perfect Cheese Board to Crafting the Perfect Cocktail, among many others.

The newest to our community is Oyster City Brewing Company. This session will demystify their brews and break down the elements that make beer’s flavor spin into distinctively different and delicious directions.

The multitude of whiskey brands on the market tends to overcomplicate one’s bourbon purchasing decisions. While searching for the perfect bottle, you may find yourself asking, What is bourbon? A presentation on the history of cocktails and the basics needed to create your own at home. Come learn a bit of history behind your favorite cocktails as well as learning to put your own twist on classics. This class will touch on different types of syrups and industrious that anyone can make in the comfort of their own home as well as teaching the foundation of creating a delicious cocktail.

From Grape to a Glass

Think about your favorite wine. Imagine the brilliance of its color in the glass, the ripe fruit aromas on the nose, a hint of toasty oak and lingering tannins on the back palate. Perhaps you like a specific wine, but can’t pinpoint the reason why. This class will explore some of the attributes that make wine so enjoyable.
