The festival will include tasting tents with food vendors and restaurants serving up delicious bites and libations from all across North Florida. For cooking and culinary education lovers, cooking demonstrations will help you learn from local chefs recognized on the regional, statewide, and national levels. The festival will also feature master classes (both in-person and virtual) from food and spirit experts from across the world. Classes will range from Mastering Bourbon to Mastering Bubbly, to Crafting the Perfect Cheese Board to Crafting the Perfect Cocktail, among many others.

The newest to our community is Oyster City Brewing Company. This session will demystify their brews and break down the elements that make beer’s flavor spin into distinctively different and delicious directions.

Bourbon Types: Wheated vs. Rye, Small Batch vs. Single Barrel

The multitude of whiskey brands on the market tends to overcomplicate one’s bourbon purchasing decisions. While searching for the perfect bottle, you may find yourself asking, What is bourbon? Cigars 101

If you’re like most cigar smokers, you must have paced back and forth in front of the display at your local tobacconist, scratching your head, trying to make sense of the cigars there. The names and the numbers for many brands seem designed to confuse buyers, and one company’s Churchill size is another company’s double corona. This course, led by a Cigar Sommelier, will bring any novice to an expert.
