The Signature Dinner is the original exclusive dinner experience and will feature a four-course meal curated by Chef Andrew Zimmern. Each course is paired with sommelier-selected wines from around the world.

This year’s event will feature a Silent Auction throughout the evening. Guests are invited to bid on one-of-a-kind items and extraordinary experiences from across the country.

With a $100 contribution, guests can blind draw from the pull-down offerings of this year’s Slama Pull Down – a highly-rated collection featuring bottles of Bourbon, bottles of red and white wine, and champagne.

Tasting tents featuring restaurants and food vendors will serve up delicious bites and libations from across North Florida. Cooking and culinary education lovers will learn from local checks recognized on regional, statewide, and national levels. The festival will also feature master classes from spirit experts from across the world.
