This year, the Committee is excited to launch a new feature for Cleaver and Cork that includes four events. Each event has been curated to provide you with a unique foodie experience in our community. Each event is limited to 40 individuals.

Monday, February 26: Oysters, Champagne & Caviar @Poco Vino

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $100 per person SOLD OUT

Join us as we kickoff TCC Cleaver & Cork Restaurant week with an indulgent evening of Oysters, Champagne, & Caviar. This unforgettable night is a partnership with French Champagne House, Champagne Jacquart, to celebrate woman-owned brands. Enjoy a full champagne bar, raw and grilled oysters from the TCC Oyster Aquaculture program, and caviar small bites.

Tuesday, February 27: Tacos  & Black Sheep Tequila

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $125 per person SOLD OUT

Hosted in one of Tallahassee’s most prestigious private homes, this evening will take you on a sensory journey to the heart of Mexico’s artisan spirit culture.  Local favorites Sid and Nora Getz of La Tiendita have curated the perfect dining experience for you.  And Black Sheep Tequila, named by San Francisco World Spirits Competition as the best tequila in the world and the best of class in 2022, have perfectly paired their award-winning tequila with each course.  Black Sheep with have their most experienced “catadore” on site to talk all things tequila.

Wednesday, February 28: Dinner is Brewing @ Ology

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $125 per person SOLD OUT

Local beer stars Ology Brewing will prepare a four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Randy Blass with exclusive pairings selected by Founder & Head Brewer Nick Walker. This dinner will be a unique behind-the-scenes look at their brewing process and how beer can be an incredible companion to fine cuisine.

Thursday, February 29: Wined & Dined @ Blu Halo

Cost: $125 per person

Blu Halo in Tallahassee is more than a just a restaurant, it’s an experience!  This private event includes a four-course menu, based on the culinary palate of this year’s Cleaver and Cork Celebrity Chef, but Blu Halo style.  Each course will be paired with the perfect wine, and a sommelier to guide you through the evening.
